The Annual Meeting for the Tidewater Creek Homeowners Association is January each year. More information regarding the date, time and location will be sent out when it becomes available.
At the 2023 Annual Meeting, the Association will have its annual election of Board Members. There are two positions up for election this year. These positions are two-year terms and will be served for 2023-2024. Any homeowner who is interested in running for these Board Positions should complete a Board Member Nomination form located on the documents page on the website and submit it to the Board e-mail address by December 31, 2022. Candidates bios will be published prior to the Annual meeting.
Any homeowner who is unable to attend the Annual Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf and/or to count towards the quorum for the meeting. It is important that any homeowner who is unable to attend to appoint a proxy to count towards quorum because if no quorum exists, the association can't vote and can't carry out elections. Please contact a board member if you have questions about this.
The Board had adopted an Election Policy with procedures to ensure elections and voting are conducted efficiently and justly.
